Resolved. E-mail delivery is working.

The provider opened port 25 and set the reverse DNS record. Delivery tested to Gmail, GMX, iCloud, mail.com and freenet, each encrypted via STARTTLS; the DKIM signature verified against the published key.

What you can do: if you registered before today, resend the confirmation mail from your settings. If your server was paused during this time, open a ticket and we restore its runtime.

Since the platform launched, CitexNode has not sent a single e-mail. Everything that goes out by mail is affected: the confirmation after registering, "forgot password", the reminder before a server expires, the notice when one is paused, and the notification when support replies to a ticket.

What this means for you: your account works without a confirmed address. Anyone who forgets their password has to open a ticket; renewal reminders do not arrive.

Why: providers block port 25 by default and open it only after a review. Reverse DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC come on top. We deliberately use no third-party mail service, because that would mean handing every user's address to someone else.
